Hilary Swank Selling Her Swanky Estate in Pacific Palisades for $10.5M
Academy Award winner Hilary Swank is selling her Pacific Palisades home for $10.5 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The “Million Dollar Baby” star picked up the elegant abode in the upscale Los Angeles neighbourhood in 2007 for $5,800,058. In 2012, she briefly listed the stylish compound for $9,495,000.
We can certainly understand her longtime attachment to the home: She made some seriously swanky improvements.
