Fortunately, most of these dark moments will resolve with a positive outcome. While you may know that from your extensive experience, your clients don’t typically have the same level of confidence. After all, this is a once-or-twice-a-decade experience for them.

How you communicate during tense moments in a transaction makes a big difference as to how your clients perceive your service. Whether the deal disintegrates or the closing wraps with a smile, you want your clients to feel you were engaged, sympathetic, and that the stakes were as high for you.
